Stabbing

I was a young woman when I was dreaming of a very real like dream. I woke up very quick and with a shape pain. Arching my back up high off the bed. I was dreaming that someone was stabbing me in my back. I kept saying to myself "it's only a dream " "it's only a dream ". I finally got up the nerve to ease myself back down. Slowly I started to ease down. As I was easing down I felt a shape pain again. The only thing I could think of was it was that knife. I sat up in bed breathing very hard and fast. Thinking.."Why was my back in that much pain?" "It was only a dream." Wasn't it?
