Am I Dreaming?

I have dreams very often in which I can actually feel everything going on. When I touch something I feel it just as though it were real. Sometimes I become aware that I am not awake but I go on exploring this world and the situations that unfold, everything feeling completely real. A friend once told me that it means I am actually there, as if there is another level to existence or reality that we can project ourselves into. I'm not sure I believe that at all, but thought it was interesting. What can we do with the large portion of our brains that we don't use?

I have dreams, just like that to. Everything is so real. Sometimes, you know you are still dreaming, but do not want to wake up. You want to, keep the dream going, and find out what is going on in a way. It's our human race, to want the answers. Find new things, and keep going, no matter what it is.

I have had the same thing...I can taste the food I eat in dreams, or feel the rain on my skin, I have even had ******* in dreams and woke up still having one.

Ha! Yes I actually have done that, but sometimes I find it a bit difficult to turn back and start over. I also try to control what is going on, but haven't really mastered that one. But yes, I have always found it to be like those books.

oooh yes that is bad. i have dream where people stab me or something, and i have to try so hard to wake up before they can do it! doesn't always work sadly. ouch!

I'm the same way. I hate trying to catch myself because I fell, and I'm just lying in bed.
