I'm 40 yr old woman who had vitiligo for 12 years. Mine spread rapidly throughout my body, with depigmentation on joints, under eyes, hair, etc. I tried oral and light medications to no real avail. People used to make hurtful comments before, during and after treatment,... and this was tough. Eventually I started to make a natural treatment which has been a blessing to me. You only need to read this review in the link below... you have nothing to lose.

Begin a new life, you deserve it …Good luck!!!!

Hi everybody,I had about 12 years ago, this thing is treatable. I treated myself and never came out. I only helped young people because being very much sorry for them. I still feel terrible when I think of viti and look over my arms. Therefore, I avoided speaking it, and still do not feel good. But do not be discouraged. The main point is not all viti patients are the same physiologically. That is why, there is no a miracle cure that works for everyone. So do not waste money for such things. None of the creams works, UV could give you bad damage if you are not shielded. Someone need to evaluate you physiologically and physiocologically. Then configure a treatment set to take you out of the hole of viti. Hope you all get well soon.

Vitiligo/ leukoderma / white skin (It can be cured 100%)

This disease requires 2 things first is discipline and second is regularity.

    Treatment:

    1. UVB/ excimer laser(EL)/ target photo therapy(tpt): 3days a week treatment of narrowband UVB for 30 minutes with setting of 3939 additionally with UVB you can take tpt and EL

    2. Leuko Skin by aimil and DRDO: This can be combined with UVB for better results.

    Daily Routine:

    3. Diet: (No non veg, no cold drinks, no hard drinks, no alcohols)

No very sour eatables like tamrind/ amla etc.

    4. Pranayam / Yog: Sanatan Kriya is best for harmony of body and soul. Also in pranayam anulom vilom and kapal bhati should be practiced daily for 30 minutes

A; there is no curing it. The spots might not be noticeable anymore but they are still there. And B; "Forbidden food: salt, sugar, white wheat, white bread, pasta, cooking oil, olives, oranges, milk and milk products, meat, vinegar, hot spicy food, water from tap, fizzy drinks"? Hell no, I like most of those foods, I'll stick to being happy and enjoying myself. It's not like I'm going to die from this disease so I'm alright with it.

If you take beta carotene, it absorbs better into your body with some E. Back in the day, before we knew it was not good to overdose on the canthaxanthin, I used to tan with it and the E. Wonder if it would be ok in small amounts with the beta carotene and E?

You have to get rid of the stress or it gets worse again.
