I Have Had Ls All Of My Life

I have had LS all of my life and been afraid to tell anyone (except professionals) about it....well I was originally diagnosed with thrush so it was easy to tell people what was going on originally, but now....what do you say when you cant go to work, go for a walk, do personal training, ride a bike, etc, etc.

My husband and best friend is the only one who really knows that I go through and he is very supportive. He does most of our research but now its time for me to do some digging around and its time to stop feeling so alone.

We have worked out that I am deeply affected by stress and it tends to build up over the course of a week before "wham" I am affected by LS and then I come crashing down in an emotional mess, which doesnt help my stress levels, and then I feel like its a constant battle to stay calm. A battle to stay calm, doesnt that sound wierd!

So here I am having just had almost a week off work (I told my boss I had gastro) and thought I would spend my time well by looking for support.
