Lichen Planus

I am a 65r old female, who has vulval and oral lichen planus, I cannot find a support group for this and as I think they are very simular, woud like to join this one  I have had this complain  for around 8yrs and get very low, the mouth (cheeks and gums are very sore) and the vulvar is always itchy and sore, I get no relief, I have had various steroid creams from the dermatolgist and told to abstain from sex, which upset me very much, I have a very close and happy marriage, and thank heavens have a understanding husband, I am very scared that it will turn to cancer, and would like to discuss with others who are in a sumular situation, thank you for listening June
