Can't Seem To Find The Middle Ground

I can't get myself to get up in the morning and I can't get myself to go to sleep at night. So usually I stay awake til four am and wake up at noon.
I know that this pattern gets me into depression. So I tried to change from sleeping too much. Right now I get up at like 10 in the morning but I still stay awake till four am. So I get no sleep anymore...
And that's all because I can't get myself to sleep at night. I just sit at the computer doing silly stuff for NO REASON AT ALL. But I simply can't get myself to go to bed...
