Letters Help Me To Not Be As Stressed

I do this all of the time. I write letters to people who I am angry or frustrated at. I also write when I have questions to ask someone that I'm not sure whether or not they would actually be appropriate to ask. It helps me organize my thoughts instead of having them all jumbled up in my head. Sometimes I write out my prayers to god and in the middle accidentally change who I am addressing.
