My Friend The Delete Button

There have been many times when I've written a letter to someone in response to them hurting me, slandering me, deceiving me, or attacking me. When I proof read what I've typed I inevitably reconsider and wind up clicking the delete button rather than send.  For some a response would only acknowledge to them that they'd gotten a rise out of me allowing them to gloat. In other cases it would only prolong a relationship better off simply left dead. In still other cases it would just fuel a pointless ongoing battle. I prefer not to stoop and I turn to my trusty delete button.

Well, I must admit that I have saved a couple that I never sent just to remind myself why I didn't send them.

I hear what you are saying. <br />

I personally love to gloat and stoop, so I just save the letters for later. I am always glad I did not send them.
