Food Habits.

Avoid sugar, refine sugar. buy agave nectar instead, sweeter than honey. Avoid anything, "food in a box, canned soups or canned anything, frozen meals or deserts, ground meats of any kind of ground meat or processed meat".
Sounds tough however, one will fill so much better and lose about twenty pounds the first month.
