I Hold My Pee

Staying Hydrated

Today i am really bored in my single dorm room so i have decided to drink coffee and liquids and see how long i can hold my pee. Right now my bladder is pressing up against my pants because i had two coffees. Any suggestions to not make too big of a mess.:)

    Try to hold on until the last possible moment, doing everything you can to avoid releasing it, and then when you can't hold on any longer ease yourself forward off your seat and let it go into a bin, bowl, bucket, or other suitable container.

    Rolled up towel maybe or else going into a container.
