I Hope Sarah Palin Is Enjoying Her 5 Minutes of Fame
I Think Politicians Need To Campaign In Prose And Govern In Poetry.

We so desperately need inspirational leaders who can paint a picture of what this country will be. That's governing in poetry.
I was so struck by the Chrysler Commercial at the Superbowl. Holy ****! Clint Eastwood. An American icon who eclipses John Wayne and Ronald Reagan. A Conservative who doesn't give a ****. He doesn't need the money and nobody's ever going to tell him what he needs to say. And yet, he said what needed to be said. It was such a powerful commercial that unintentionally ended up defining the moment brilliantly. No wonder Karl Rove was offended. More likely he was sick to his stomach. He had to watch one of the greatest commercials of all time and its message was so powerful and so dissonant with the Republican message delivered by a Republican. And the Obama folks with their digital chops look on like deers with their eyes in the headlights
