This Probably Isn't Good For My Health In The Long Run

Starting last year, my episodes of depression have caused something of a dull pain in my chest. It was the first I ever got physical pain from sadness. Now it's constant. I guess I've gotten better at hiding the pain. The last thing I need is the school counselor on my back, or "concerned friends".

The last thing you need to do is to hide the pain. Whether emotional or physical you need someone to help out.
You really need to see a doctor for the dull pain in your chest. Seriously...I go thru bouts of depression and anxiety and last year I started feeling a dull pain in my chest as well. No longer is the pain dull now....it's often a sharp pain and it hurts.
Pls see a doctor as soon as you can.
People are always around to help. Friends....family...sometimes even total strangers.....they're here for you.
