The Wall

I am constantly hurting emotionally from my fears and anxiety which are holding me back. My mind and body takes on the problems of other people, as I am very caring. However, lately I've taking on a mixture of my own problems with facing loneliness (being far away from my friends and people that I love) the soap problems of a deluded household (my family) and my own self-confidence dilemma (myself - who is my own nemesis). I spent a majority of the last two weeks with a burned gut and a thumping head as the problems spiraled into a whirlwind. I feel caught up in the middle of a storm, which has been created by my own nemesis. With the wind growing stronger and my head melting from stress, I finally hit a stop. My first encounter with The Wall. My subconscious wall which was stopping me from escaping myself and isolating me from the rest of the world. I felt I was under a dull night sky, on a dusky road. All alone. With only The Wall to keep me company. Trapped with my own concrete thoughts as they rattled the same old mixer of anxious put-downs and false facts. There was no sledgehammer around to tear down The Wall. There was nobody around. Just me. However after managing to out-pour myself to somebody and getting the tools of reassurance and support, I find myself able to breath slightly. A small hammer had appeared in my hand as I cracked a brick off The Wall. It will take a while, but with some work, all Walls can come down. Even the ones we built ourselves.

take yoga every day along with meditation or chakra videos which are easy to find on you tube. give all your problems to God. there would be no way you could feel stress then. but if you need some gentle assistance have your doc give you amitryptaline its a gentle anti anxiety they can even give to kids. you take it at bedtime and feel chilled in the day. also a natural vitamin melatonin will help you sleep and lots of rest will releave stress.
