Teach Me, O Great Food-nerd....

Even though his recipes are too heavy on the salt sometimes (BACK OFF, fellow fans) AND they don't always seem to have been thoroughly tested....I still hang on Alton's every word as he cooks....if he'd been my science teacher back when, I might actually have LEARNED something!

I especially liked the episode with the giant squid who decided that Alton was "good eats".
