"The Wanderer Has Returned!"

I find myself on my own ALL the time. Walking somewhere, catching the bus or train somewhere....always alone. Sitting here typing to you...on my own, nobody is here. I used to walk to school on my own, took the bus to college on my own, go to work on my own, travel on my own. I sat here yesterday on my own, and the day before on my own. Idle. Trying to find something to do. I find I talk out aloud to myself more when I'm alone in the house. I imagine having conversations with my friends and people I know in my head when I'm alone.

Oddly the more lonely I get the harder I find it to talk to people, I find myself wanting to avoid people and ex-communicate others. I always delete peoples numbers and email addresses and throw away stuff they have given me. It's spite.

"The Wanderer" is what some people in my family call me. I hear the title of my story a lot (assuming there is someone in the house).

Being alone all the time though isn't healthy probably. <br />
<br />
I am alone all the time. <br />
<br />
I am invisible to people

I believe that being alone part of the time is psychologically healthy; you have an opportunity to think, to reflect, to ponder, to get to know yourself even more!<br />
<br />
When you're ready to spend more time with other persons, you will find a way!

*Inspects logo...*<br />
<br />
Hmmmmmm......<br />
<br />
Yeah, I agree.....it is an amazing logo! It looks....alone.<br />
<br />
*Joins group*

PS. Check out the logo on this group now Stormynightsky!! I think it gives the right feeling for this group...the person wandering up that little path by themself....Tis an amazing logo!

Hey Suicidebrody...I've had that exact same thing before....I realised I haven't said a word all day!! It's weird. Really isolates you into your head. You got anyone you can hang out with?

I feel the same way you do about always being alone. I do the exact same thing. I'll get on a bus and be on a three hour trip and realize I hadn't heard the sound of my own voice in that amount of time. And when there are people around to talk to, I just turn my headphones up louder. I confuse myself.

BTW, I just created the "I Enjoy Freedom" group...you guys should join. We can celebrate one good thing about being alone....the freedom.<br />
<br />
p.s. It has an awesome logo. :)

I think he needs to find a cool one, don't you?<br />
<br />
( I LOVE logos!!)<br />
<br />
:p

Why does the logo matter?

P.S.....if you get a nice logo for this group, maybe I'll join too!

"....maybe it is spite!"<br />
<br />
FINE then...be that way!<br />
<br />
*pouts all alone*

Kthimm1....thankyou for sharing that. I feel like I understand you, It was much the same for me at Secondary school...except I hung around with people I didn't like just to avoid being alone....so you know you get that feeling of even though you're around people you're still lonely! My last year of school was particularly bad as well. Thank the creators of EP we can be honest and open on here! So yeah lets be lonelytogether with Stormynightsky and anyone else thats lonely!!!!<br />
<br />
PS. Maybe I am calling you spiteful!!!!!!!! And WHAT????!!!! :p

Yep guess we can.

I guess we can be alone together here.

I know how that is. <br />
<br />
I am in my last year of high school and still tend to isolate myself at times. <br />
<br />
I used to walk home from school on my own. Sit by my self at lunch. <br />
<br />
I tend not to talk to people in person if I can avoid it. <br />
<br />
I keep all thats causing me pain inside of me. The only place I talk about it is on here.

Oooooo....calling me spiteful are ya???<br />
<br />
:D

Neither do I....maybe it is spite!

I know what you mean about getting rid of contact info...I find myself doing that sometimes. People are always wondering why I do it, and I honestly don't really know why I do.

Hey you're not alone...I'm here! <br />
