Really Confused.Does This Guy Like Me Or Not And If He Does Then What Im Married I Shouldnt Be Feeling Like This.

Theres this guy I know through work but hes a clients son so its complecated. Hes 20 years older then me but quite young looking and very attractive. More importantly though I really like his personality. We have so much in common its scary. The more I speak to him the more Im amazed at how alike we are. I see him nearly every day through work and were always chatting and having a laugh and teasing each other. but then hes very chatty with other people too. When Im around him Im so much attracted to him that its embaressing. I have to stop myself from been so obvious. Thing is Im married but that relationship is kinda going down hill as my husband works away alot, we have nothing in common and he acts more like my dad then my husband. Cant remeber the last time there was any passion between us (but thats another story). This guyt knowes Im married and he seems like a decent guy who wouldn't 'come on' to a married gal.
But there again Im not sure if he flirts with me or not. like I said theres always a alfull lot of teasing and chatting going between us. The other night he gave me and my college a lift to the bus stop and then stayed for 5 mins (even though he said he wa in a rush) once we had got out. another time he gave me and another college a lift home. When I said goodnight to him he mentioned that he;d 'hopefully' see me before I went away on holiday. Am I reading to much into this or what?
I know he isn't married and soesn't have a girlfriend. but Ido know that he theres at least 1 woman in the background even if its not anything serious.
I really don't know if Im reading to much into things or if theres a real connection between us. Or if he just thinks Im a kid and is teasing is just in a general manor as I work with quite a few guys and always usually having a laugh and joke with them. Im 25 and hes 45.
