Worlds Apart

I found my bestfriend in 9th grade, whilst he was in 10th. It's been 7 years without a single argument. During my senior year he moved 4 hours away for college but I still managed to drive to his house on weekends and vice Versa. Come my graduation I left for the Marine corps. We've spent 3 years with little contact in which time he feels we have drifted apart and I'm not the same person he could relate with in high school. I asked him why he was treating me so cold and he unleashes 3 years of pent up feelings everything he said to me was full of hate and anger but in his pious I'm not judging you kind of way. Basically ended with him saying he chooses not to associate with people like me. I don't know what Ive done besides grow up from high school. I love this man with all my heart, as a true best friend. I sat in my car as I read this Facebook message and broke down and cried at all the things he said. Our friendship seems completely broken now...
