I just started P90X. I am almost 9 months out from having a baby, and it was time to get back in shape. I have lost almost 10 lbs already, and I can feel my body getting stronger. I love how it feels because I had such despair during my pregnancy. I developed a condition that causes the pelvis to expand (painfully so!) to the point that I could barely walk. I gained 30 lbs during my pregnancy, and I was depressed at the inability to exercise. I love that I am getting back into it. I haven't been able to complete many workouts, but I am taking it slowly and doing my best, and I think I'm gonna be ok.
