Just Starting

i have only just started with this but i have jumped right in!! No dairy, no grains, breads etc. i must say i feel amazing!!! (I do drink protein shakes after working out) I love making my turkey burgers with lettuce rather then using buns, i also have tried portobello mushrooms tops rather than buns and it was SOO good!
