What Is That?

Sleep.  What is it? 

I haven't had a good nights sleep in a looooooooooong time.  I miss sleep.   I need sleep.  My nerves are shot.  And yet, I can't seem to do it. 

Frustrating as hell I tell you!

I read your, I started to say rules, and changed my mind. I'll use guidelines instead, no bearing on You, just I'm much better with guidelines than I am with rules.
What I want to share with You is something to help with your sleep issue.
Not a sleeping pill, and not a narcotic..
At bed time our bodies naturally produce something called Melatonin, which tells the nervious system to rest. As we age... our bodies produce less and less Melatonin, so sleep becomes more illusive and less deep.
A single 3 milligram sublingual tablet is plenty for me, and You can try even 1mg. if that is more to your liking...All things being equal, that is to say, you are not pumping your body with caffeine any less than 8 hours before going to bed, You should be fine...Pleasant Dreams. You'll sleep like a Baby.
