I Keep a Journal
I have never been good at keeping a journal. I used to have the whole "dear diary" thing going on. But, lately I felt that it would be a good idea to keep a journal again because it helps me learn more about myself and stop repressing my emotions. I talk to myself as a kind of self therapy (and because I can't help it)... keeping a journal is just another way of self therapy. And its fun and lets me do a little bit of "free-style writing". I'm a writer as it is.. but its fun to just goof around with my work every now and then...
