EP is my new diary, here i don't feel alone, and plus ppl get to read and give their point of views or even suggestions. The reason i stopped writing on my own diary is fear from been exposed if its found or after i die ppl will get know things abt me that ive hidden from many ppl that think they know me. But still i write pages then burn them when i need to.

Even if you don't keep the pages, physically writing something down is wonderful therapy for yourself. Burn them when you're done if that's what you need to do, but actually putting a pen to paper is so calming. You'll thank yourself for it. It's insightful to you and helpful in the long run. Or at least it is for me.

there is something about writing it down that frees you from those tormenting thoughts. it helps declutter your brain and let go of things.

Oh yes. Writing is awesome and I write every single day. I can't help it! I have to do it! lol :) I'm glad to hear that it helps you a lot, too. I know it helps me in so many ways.
