    Maybe you can try to work it off, those feelings of stiffness and fear. Have you tried jogging, or some other form of morning workout?
    On the other hand, you could always try doing relaxing activities in the evening. Do something that you find pleasuring, so that you don't go to sleep while stressed.

      It's really difficul for me to get moving in the morning. I try to push myself, but there are some days when I am a zombie. I have a strange biorythm, I am usually most energetic when other people are not and viceversa :)
      I managed to shake it off anyway, because I had many many activities planned. In fact, I didn't even manage to finish them all :)
