It seems that quite all of a sudden, people are really showing their resentment toward me. Apparently, I don't "keep in touch" enough. It hurts peoples' feelings if you don't call or email them for a long time.
I can't relate. If I don't hear from someone for a long while, I assume they're having a busy and eventful life, and that just makes me happy for them. I guess my pals don't think that way. I've let a lot of people down, and even though I disagree with their silly feelings, I want to try to fix this.
Its a huge challenge, I don't think to keep in touch. It is just one more addition to my list of things to remember.. The people I love and care about, I love and care about them. They already know I care, why should I have to call and remind them? People are so weird.

  | Posted Jan 29th, 2009 at 6:49AM i'm not the best at this either. i just got a voicemail from a friend saying if i didnt call her back the next day "the friendship is cut." of course this just made me laugh. i dont have time to talk for hours every day!!!!!!   |
