Very Much Lacking

I am sorry to say but why is being kind and considerate a sign of weakness? As I view society today, we have become a much meaner and more cruel one at best. Everything from bullying to cursing is so terrible now. Gad, we get judged as being weak if we are kind to others. Being kind is one thing that we need to rekindle and expect out of each other, not this nasty behavior that permiates society today. To be nasty is not the best way to proceed in life. Being kind and gentle to one another is. I think we all need to think about how our actions are received by others. Since I work retail, I have witnessed the nastyness first hand. We rarely see much kindness when we are shopping or going place. All too often, people are rude and not nice. Being nice is a much better attribute than what is out there now. Please, lets spread more kindness instead of rudeness.
