It's a sin to throw away all that delicious fond after sauteing meat.  It only takes a minute or two to deglaze the pan, reduce the liquid down, and turn that fond into a delicious natural sauce.  Or thicken it a bit for a more classic sauce.


Now I'm hungry.  :-)

Are we talking about gravy or de glazing, there is a difference........gravy or sauce is as described above/<BR><BR>De Glazing is what they do to George Hamilton after a day on the beach........<BR>I heard honest to goodness......"GAWD" from Amylynn! LOL
