It Heals My Tender Soul

I have noticed on my very bad days, I find myself doing nothing but listening to music.

It helps my tortured soul heal. I become mellow after a while.

Then I'd continue listening to music for as long as I like after that.

When I'm upset, I'd listen to harsher, louder, heavier music for a while... Sort of like "venting".

Then I'll switch to gentler music... Like Native Flute meditation music. It's really mellow and it relaxes me after a while.
