Someone in my family has the same problem. Feel free to chat.

I fully understand the feelings of being trapped in your own body, and the emotional pain and struggle associated with it. I sincerely hope that you have been able to cope with things since this post was made.

im game to talk to :)

There is nothing wrong with large breasts! They are beautiful!

It's a rare condition, often genetic I assume no one in your family has this or you would have been less surprised. I tend not to favor surgery, to insult the tissue always has a potential for disaster...

I'm sorry this is happening. Its rough. Since it started later in life, you where a C cup do see a doctor and endrochronologist (sp??) Breast growth normally runs for four years as puberty starts.
It sounds like a second growth spurt caused by nature. Do not blame your self. Not that you are but,,,, well others have cursed themselves, their mom or feel they offended the "breast gods" somehow and are being punished. I've never heard an answer to "why me" other than its not fair.

As for bra's - yea they are expensive. Never go on sale and only seem to come in "granny white" Two friends had theirs stolen by "boy friend" as trophy.

For what its worth - hang in there. Work on any stretch marks with cream. I hope you find a good way to sleep at night.

Please do vent. Do find ways to get out with others and not become a shut in.

I wish my bank account would magically grow from the 78 cents I have in my BoA account as of right now, to BILL GATES STATUS....... IT CAN happen

You look great in your photo. I hope things work out for.

Have you seen an endocrinologist or some other kind of specialist? I'm 36G, so I have a window on what you're going through, though mine didn't appear so suddenly as yours.

I would echo others' suggestions. Exercises that focus on your core will be of great help.

Hers or mine? Do you know something I don't?

Can you be specific about the kinds of back muscle strengthening exercises you can do to make it a bit easier to carry the weight around? Thanks!

I *definitely* understand your position XD I'm just a bit bigger than you, but, yeah, I definitely know the feeling. I have gigantomastia, so my boobs have been growing since I was around 10, and haven't showed any signs of stopping so far. You get used to it after a while, but I suppose if you're having more of a spurt, then it would be a bit more traumatic XD If you have any problems with the weight, I recommend exercising; your lower back in particular. It doesn't alleviate any of the actual weight of course, but it makes it a bit easier to carry it around. Hope this helps! You can talk to me any time you want ^-^

That's exactly what my fiancee did before she died. She never felt any back pain :)

My heart goes out to you. You are a beautiful young woman and I really hope that you are able to work through the challenges and find the love that lives within you. There are many times and many people that will try to bring you down but you deserve better than to let those things crush your spirit. I wish you great happiness!

This story is from September and I hope you have gotten some good news from medical advice. If you didn't, search medical advice I recommend you to search medical advice asap so you know there is nothing putting your health in danger. As was told of different posters before the growth may persist for some time. As you can't change your body I encourage you that you accept it how it develops, best would be that you get proud of your body.

It is the beginning of a long journey for you--you'll always be different

Hi. You have come to one of the right places. There are more.
1st - There are places to find more than "granny" bras that seem bullet resistant. I can not think of them off hand but they have websites.
Only a doctor can say hypertrophy or gigantomastia. It may be a simple hormone imbalance.

There are other women here who either are where you are or have been there. They have passed K cup range.

How long will this growth go on? How big can they grow? Lets see what the doctor says. Go with facts, not fear.

When did the growth start ?
