Reading Fast

I have this habbit which I learned from one of my professors who told us to read as fast as we can. Of course this reading must be done with understanding and must be done repeatedly for a single reading is not enough to imprint the information in one's head.

This is what I do when I study, set a time limit for 30 minutes because I usually smoke every thirty minutes, and doing so keeps me from smoking continuously. However, when I read, I don't stop even if the 30 minutes is fully consumed. The idea is to finish the reading material and after which I can take a break for 10 minutes.

It is a test of deternimation I suppose, but as always, it's better to do so this way because repeating the process allows me to enjoy what I read, even if I don't really enjoy it hahaah.
