Why Can't I Do Something About It

Do you ever get those days when you just sit in a chair and don't move.
You know you have got loads to do,but you can't be bothered.
is it down to depression? lack of motivation or is it life style,my Dr does not know. so how should I.
It angerers me when I have got so much to do,and I feel glued to the chair.
what is the answer.

Im in somthing very similar at this very moment. Maybe just knowing that will bring a little relief. But i dont have any answer to it i can speak of. Day after day, week after week, i can wallow in this toxic luxury of nothing.

Every once in a while, when you get one of those non productive days simply pace yourself.
It helps me NOT to look at how much I have to do. Simply take on one job at a time.
If you are able, you should relax.
Perhaps, it is your body’s way of telling you that you need to catch up and recuperate.
This happens to us all!

force yourself to be productive.
maybe put on some music that gets you in the mood
or do something you are passionate about to get you started.
