I feel like I am someone who will always get something done if I have to but it is always a huge rush and stressful time, besides this I still continue to procrastinate at everything. I want to have the motivation to get up early and take my time in the morning. I want to have the motivation to run and stay fit. I want to have the motivation to study properly and do well and I want to have the motivation to go to bed early and wake up early. Maybe I need to begin to plan what I want to get done and actually do it, I'm not sure. ANY ADVICE?
