Like This Morning...

I woke up at 5, dont ask why, and went for a run. I tripped spectularly and I laughed, and there was no one to laugh with me or even at me. It wasnt a quiet laugh, it was full on tears of laughter laughing and probably tears of pain. Ah well trainers for me for the next week me thinks
