i joined this IRC channel then i encountered a highly vexatious person who kept on typing grammatically incorrect sentences. i tried to correct him but instead of thanking me, he just continued pestering me!!

i felt bad but got my cheerful mood back when he finally left the channel

    People don't like to be told their English is lacking. No, they won't thank you. And some of them do it on purpose. IRC is a hotbed of nasty personalities anyway, you need to be very thick-skinned to go there.
