I Lied

I Am Sorry...

I lied when I told you that I was fine, and there was nothing wrong. I lied when I told you there was nothing bothering me, and that I was just tired, and had a headache. I lied when I put the smile on, and acted like it was all going to be okay. I am sorry I lied, I just don't know how to tell you what is wrong, and even more, I know telling you is no use, because you would just want to fix it, and sadly what is bothering me can't be fixed......

    But I've found that there are people, here who will understand that something can't be fixed...and that they can love you anyway. And it helps a lot.

    Well said. I do this all the time. Its not a good habit to be in. I'm trying to not do it so much. It surprises me for some reason, just how understanding people can be. Still, sometimes I just don't want to talk about it...yet.
