I Used To Collect Good Quotes In A Little Book.

I have a little black book that has survived as part of my possesions since I was about 20.(no mean feat,as parts of my life have been truly chaotic). I have no idea where they were all gathered from. Looking through it though reminds me of the vast and varied wisdom of humanity. I will share some now, starting at the beginning of my little book. Maybe something will resonate with someone...that would be nice.. :)

"If nothing changes,nothing changes." (Anon.)

"Should man not attempt to conquer inner space before conquering outer space?"

"Tough times don't last, tough people do." (Jeff Feneche)

"Worry is like a rocking chair-something to do but gets you nowhere."

"Courage is like a muscle,we strengthen it with use." (Ruth Gordon)

"In the midst of Winter I discovered within me an invinsible Summer" (Camus)

I'm a worrier. People tell me not to. I will remember your worry quote.

Also: I am a northern Wisconsin native. I tried to carry summer in my heart through the 6 months of cold weather up there. It was a struggle. Glad I wasn't the only one.

Thanks for the quotes!

Thanks for reading! I'm glad you can relate- stand by for more words from wise people, I will share some more from my little book soon :)
