I Make a Butt-kickin' Stuffed One, Too....

...which I can never ever ever ever find at a restaurant.  I clean the artichokes & snip off the stabbie parts, drizzle em with olive oil; make a mix of Italian Seasoned breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt & pepper & try to get some of this stuff between every leaf.  Then I steam 'em in a pot with just a touch of water for a long, long time... till the leaves come out very easily.  (You have to keep an eye on it & add a bit of water frequently)  Are they good?  Madonn'!!!   The best!!!  I cut my baby teeth on those things!

Sure! They're a little labor intensive but worth it.

Haha 2Quirky! Those are the best! I make 'em the same exact way. I just bought 2 yesterday. Wanna come over and have 1? I even have some good sea salt for the heart!

Our family loves them as well! The best is our 4 year old told his class it was his favorite food...It was a proud mama moment for me :)

It is! And if you were to take them to a party as an appetizer, you can be sure no one else is bringing the same thing. Mmmm!

Those sound very very delicious.
