My favorite ways to eat it 

Avocado sashimi: Dip thin slices in soy sauce mixed with a little wasabi (green horse radish). Tastes best eaten with chopsticks.

Avocado mashed up with pesto. Eat on french bread.

It's hao che. Yummy

Here are a couple of these easy recipes :<br />

Mash up an avocado with plain yogurt, herbs and a little salt for a healthy dip or sandwich spread. With sour cream is good too but it's very fattening.<br />

Mash up an avocado and add 2 cut up tomatoes, chopped chives, herbs, garlic and salt for a quick guacamole. <br />
<br />
Add a bit of lemon juice when mashing up the avocado to keep that fresh green color and to add extra zing to the flavor.

Yummy is right! I eat all of the above. Plus, altho high in fat, avocados are the GOOD kind for cholesterol! How yummy is that! :D
