Help For Someone Trying Self Bondage

Here's one for you, I've been doing this one for some years now as self bondage. Putting on a red collar Posey straitjacket on my own. When on properly it is tight & comfortable & afterwards it feels like a victory knowing that you can put it on & get it off by yourself.

To do this you will need to make a 5mm hole about an inch from the end of the arm sleeve belt, also cut the corners at 45% on sleeve makes it easier to feed through roller buckle, dab some super glue on it, it stops it from fraying. Set up 2 different escape plans using the large strong hooks you can get from a DIY store. Straighten the ends of the hooks as it's easier to use. Set one at the arms folded height when standing ( to wall, can double as coat hanger ) & one at kneeling height ( to a solid wooden frame so it can be unscrewed & removed, too low to hang stuff ) at different locations in case one pulls out. The top hook is for putting on, I have a mirror glued to the wall to assist me. Lower is for getting it off & I use a self standing adjustable angle mirror with that hook. To assist you make a double hooked bar 6 - 8 inches long in an ' s ' shape as you will need this to tighten the arm sleeves, make sure it's not a tight fit in the sleeve because if you can't get it out again, your trapped in it, once you've tightened up the torso of the jacket. I've also fitted a large heavy duty hook at top of door height, this makes it easier to get jacket off after wards ( another coat hanger ). When new these jackets are stiff, but over time became more flexable but will not stretch. I have since purchased a belt & pin style buckle straitjacket which isn't self bondage friendly.

Do up all the back straps tight except bottom one then put arms in first then pull on over head, try & keep back pieces strait when pulling over as it's more comfortable when wearing it. Once on tighten bottom belt & crotch strap as tight as you want, it's a bit difficult through the sleeves but it's the only way. Feed arm sleeve with belt through tummy loop then side loops, to help you use the double hook bar in sleeve end to feed through second side loop, also use standing hook & lots of riggling to help. Once you've finally got the belt in reach of buckle take double hook out of belt ( before taking hook out either lean against wall or lay on bed because all your hard work will be undone & you'll lose the belt again ) feed other arm through tummy loop & feed belt into roller buckle. Once there is enough belt through feed belt into the second part of buckle, feed double hook through hole in belt, this will stop belt coming undone. Attach other end of double hook to tummy loop then loop the belt between first & second parts of buckle on to hook & tighten by pulling away, re- adjust hook & belt in various positions to get best leverage. Once happy with arm positions remove double hook with wall hook. do it loose for the first few tries to get used to it because once this is done up houdini himself couldn't get out of this.

To get out just kneel down with your back to the hook & use the mirror to align the hook to the buckle between first & second part's slide down onto hook & slowly pull forward allowing belt to release itself, then push arms towards each other ( more riggling ) which will loosen buckle, undo crotch strap loosen as many back belts that you can reach, belt sleeves together & hook on the highest hook & lower your body slowly as not to catch yourself on anything & remove jacket.

Back ups In case things go wrong, keep calm, razor blade be careful with this & keep phone in an easy reach location, don't use a key code on phone as you don't have any use of your hands or arms.
