I Like Cheese
I havn't met a cheese that I don't like. I love bleu cheese on salads. I have a cat that loves a good bleu cheese on spinich leaves. He's very picky about his cheeses. He prefers Amish cheeses actually.
I love macaroni and cheese. It's amazing how many restaurants can screw it up though. So good with a baked parmesan on top. Yes, layered cheese works on just about anything.
