I Like Discovering New Music
I'm not, nor ever have been, big on music.
I don't really have a specific genre, I just like what i like, which actually annoyed my last girlfriend who in all honesty, was a music snob.
Im not one of these people that listens to sad songs when they're depressed or heart broken either, I just can't do it.. When I had my heart broken I didn't turn on the tv for months, never mind the radio or iPod ! My opinion is people who do that are not truly heart broken, they're just really hurt and upset and want to romantasise what they're going through, because they have seen too many romance films.
I like to be surprised by music, I like to be caught off guard with an amazing song that just magically compliments the moment I'm in, wether that's at work, walking down a street, a movie at the cinema or maybe a drive at night holding the hand of the one you love. The right song at that exact right time can lift me so high, and burn that memory in my mind forever, so even if years and decades have past, that one song that you haven't heard since forever, just takes you right back to that moment, that place, and maybe even the person you shared it with.
