Thomas The Bulldog

I have possibly the cutest, sweetest, english bulldog ever born. His name is Thomas and he is 8 yrs old. I know they don't have the longest life span, and it terrifies me to think of losing him. He has been healthy so far, but lately has allergies that have settled between his toes. He has cysts that are being treated with anti biotics, but still has issues with these? Anybody out there have the same problem, but has cured this?
