It is by far my favorite breakfast food but I can eat it any time. I like to overload the first piece with lots and lots of butter and eat it before adding syrup to the rest. I like it the best when it is extra eggy. Hope that makes sense, don't know what else to call it but it is always good no matter how it comes out.

I have a special recipe for french toast, which I also love eggy as you say. I add a dash of cinnamon and a dash of sugar to the egg, yummy! I love it with pecan syrup.
