The Nine Principles & 12 Values

The Nine Principles

1. America is good.

2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.

3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.

4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.

5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.

6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.

7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.

8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.

9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.

 • Reverence
 • Hope
 • Thrift
 • Humility

Anna, I think politics foster false hopes. There are way too many promises made & hardly ever any kept. There is such a massive degree of damage to reverse such a vastly corrupt ideology as a whole. However, if individuals focused on improving themselves as upstanding citizens with a healthy philosophy based on positive principles and values, instead of relying on politicians or government... that to me is a real hope & a real goal to work toward.

Raven I also agree with many of these values.
Can you clarify one point though? I was wondering what you meant about "false hope" in your last comment?

Hi, I haven't got to that website for those books. I thaught would peek in your windows. This group backs that their was something good going on with this women. So if you don't mind, I am going to get a little more Beck into my life.
See ya around!!!

this is wonderful, to see today so many 9/12ers supporting a philosophical view rather than a political view. basic ideas on how to be a decent human being interested in keeping real hope not false hope alive.

I'm with it.

I agree. Everyone should be a 9/12er.

Bravo. Glen Beck is a true patriot. I'm glad to see at least some people here like him.

These are excellent principles and values and they are worth living by!
I hope that we can make people understand that government can guarantee equality of opportunity, but that it cannot guarantee equality of results!

ShondaiSam, so glad to see you recognize the 'unbiased' opinions Glenn Beck shares, he's not for or against a particular political party - it seems he is against sheer stupidity and non-action.

Last night we went to the Glenn Beck Comedy Tour show at the theater. It was a live showing of the Kansas City event. There's an encore presentation of the same thing on 11 June 2009. I like Glenn but wondered if it would be worthwhile. Well it was. I loved being in an almost full theater with other like-minded people.

So glad to get a comment on this. I think every one should be a 9/12er regardless of Glenn Beck or any other personality. I don't know much about Glenn Beck, but if for this alone, it's a good enough reason for me to like him.

I'm a 9/12er too!
