I Find Peace At the Beach

I have always found the watching the waves and the sound of the ocean to be relaxing and peaceful.  Going to my favorite beach after my brother was killed and being able to scream while the ocean covered up the noise so I would not get unwanted attention was comforting.  There is something comforting about watching something so powerful and big, yet so beautiful.  It is my little piece of sanity.
