But, alas and alack, no more is that a fact! Sorry about the dumb ryhme. Habits are hard to wear or is that break? There was a time in my younger days, when climbing a mountain just to see the flowers, the ferns, the trees and listen to the birds twitter was joy for me. But, the trees here grow so close together you need a shoe horn to get past them. That's why, I'm told, the Native Americans here camped along the rivers and lived off sea life because they couldn't hunt in the dense forest. When the loggers ***** cut acres the new growth wasn't quite so dense but who wants to wander among young trees?
