N othing beats rain. I like the way it sounds. Its so gloomy it makes me cheerful. I was once wandering in some woods and it was pouring. I was utterly alone. What do I do? I start singing, no one's going to hear me. I fet at peace. It was so cool. When I got back to shelter I was soaked.

When it starts raining, I go outside and watch, smell and enjoy the sound. I love the smell of rain. I love it when it rains very hard with the wind blowing.

thinkinblinkin	Posted Jun 28th, 2009 at 9:26AM Wow, all my life I thought I was a little weird... I love the rain, storms, lightning & thunder... If I see the forecast, and it says heavy thunderstorms, I get really excited... Really anticipate the storms like a little kid trying to get to sleep, knowing he is going to the amusement park the next day... I have a CD of a live thunderstorm recording, and often use it to be able to get to sleep... Highlight of my life was driving up a mountain, and actually being to get above the storm level and watch lightening flashes down below in the bright sunlight of day... Of course, did not stay there long, wanted to be back in the storm... Really nice to know there are fellow storm revelers around...
