I have a tendency to worry.  Putting the past behind me and trusting in the future is a daily struggle.  

When I find myself pulled away from living in the present moment, feeling my body tensing, I try to pause, breathe, and relax until something shifts and my state changes.  

Then, I ask myself .... "Do I still feel the need to worry?"       More and more often, the answer is "No."
