My Most Favorite Quote Of All Time...

Who and What Movie?

Love is passion, obsession, someone you can't live without. If you don't start with that, what are you going to end up with? Fall head over heels. I say find someone you can love like crazy and who'll love you the same way back. And how do you find them? Forget your head and listen to your heart. I'm not hearing any heart...

Run the risk, if you get hurt, you'll come back. Because, the truth is there is no sense living your life without this. To make the journey and not fall deeply in love - well, you haven't lived a life at all. You have to try. Because if you haven't tried, you haven't lived.

MommyChar, I'm glad you do, all in good quoting fun :)

Dorothy I loved that movie as well, WS was great and that quote, **** it fits my life so well, it should have been something I said, although I have said similar things...

My Queen, what do I have to do to turn your head and get you to realize, real men unclasp bras and garter belts, either one handed or with their teeth and can tie cherry stems with their tongue...<br />
<br />
Maybe, just maybe BW has had time to practice, but he stays engrossed in his work so I'm placing all bets on myself, I know what I can do *winks* come on over to my world darlin' ;)

Daddy-D, that is another of my favorite movies, I just loved all of the elements ;) and yes that is a great quote/quotes as well...

like this!

Daddy - Oh, I have never seen that movie but BW - oo la la!!<br />
<br />
AW - oh my!<br />
<br />
Here's one - it may be tough - if it is too tough, I can give you a second quote from this movie:<br />
<br />
"You know what it's like getting up every morning feeling hopeless, feeling like the love of your life is waking up with the wrong man? But, at the same time, hoping that she still finds happiness, even if it's never going to be with you?"

LoL Queen, I can unclasp a garter and any bra with one hand *winks*

Oh my is right! I believe in this quote hehe, every word... and KC/CD had the right train of thought. it was a great movie, loved it... :)

I think that is what I liked about the pool scene, etc... THAT LOOK - I want that look - I want to look at someone like that and have them look at me that way - so I totally agree AW!!<br />
<br />
So, I love movie quotes - I am up for a game - won't be around this evening so I would hate to miss it! But here's one that I always liked:<br />
<br />
"Well, I believe in the soul, the ****, the *****, the small of a woman's back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core ***********, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days."<br />
<br />
Oh, my!

:) The one thing about the film I really like, and no it's not BP in the DJ lol I liked all of the looks that he and Susan both shared throughout the entire movie whether he was Joe or the man at the first and end, those are the looks to look for in real life. Just my opinion...<br />
<br />
ooooh we are giving a lot of hints here... Maybe we could make this a fum movie trivia quote game??? fun, fun, fun?

I didn't know the movie for sure when I read the quote, but my first thought was the movie you all are discussing - it just sounded like it - it fit the message of the film!<br />
<br />
I am not a huge fan of BP BUT, I do say the DJ was hot AND I liked the way he looked at Susan when they were by the pool - the look of fascination - oh my!<br />
<br />
(I love Hugh Jackman - I liked him in Kate and Leopold - "I don't want him ready, I want him resplendant!" Now that was a suit!)

hehehe The truth is, I mean, He is out there....

Just think about it Queen, there are quite possibly a few more undiscovered Hugh Jackmans out there just waiting on you to put them in that jacket :) hehe

EternallyHopeful don't be lost if you would like to know, PM me and I will rescue you...

Gosh, as usual totally lost LOL Feel like I've stumbled into an acronym conversation about something I dont understand.

What's in a dinner jacket? It is always the wearer that makes it look the way it does just as it is the same for an evening dress on a woman and most all of that has to be from the eye of the beholder... well I think anyways? Do I ladies?

now don't be silly AW ... not that kind of dj ... lol

You fell for the Disk Jockey? I am going to have to watch it again now, I don't remember a disk jockey LoL :P

lol@qoa ... nooo ... not Hugh Jackman ... I'd happily die after a visit from BP ... lol ... it's the DJ that did it for me in that film ... omg

LoL, well Hugh Jackman is a great catch as well. And i think everyone has their own fantasy person they would wish to come for them. It was a great movie, very unexpected. beautifully written and filmed...

That is a beautiful quote as well Gr8white, originally from a 1970 movie called "Love Story" but can you tell me from where and who this one comes?

*winks at WiB* I think you do know...

I know ... I know!!! But I'm not saying yet ... fabulous fabulous quote ... and the film features arguably one of the most fanciable young men of all time ... looking his absolute best in the dinner suit ... **fans self** lol
