I Quit But...

I still love the idea of smoking, the smell.  Hate the addiction part of it though.

To anyone i haven't smoked for a few years now. i totally understand all the cravings that you can still get from time to time. Especially in times of stress. One of peoples favourite excuses why they continue to smoke is it helps calm you down. Without getting into it too deeply we all know what could happen, it's like playing Russian Roulette with your life. I can't think of one good thing to say about smoking, but it is your choice. Saying that i wouldn't be true to you if i didn't implore you not to give in to it. I promise that stopping smoking will make ahuge difference to your quality of life. for me it was just nice to be able to breathe again xx

Don't start again. I've been smoking for twenty years. If you haven't smoked that long, don't. Please. I may die of lung cancer, but you don't need to. Stay strong. Give me a reason so that I can say, well, he did it, so can I.

Three Years, Two Days, 22 Hours and 23 Minutes. lol I got myself a quit counter that shows the exact numbers.

I did hypnosis... but the menthol sucked me. I broke and smoked a whole load. I will give up though. How have you managed to keep it up?
