Spicy Tropical Jellies

My name is Margaret Kadzo-Asaju, I am an RN by profession. Most of my interests outside my profession are food, food and food again. I create a lot of my own recipes and actually enjoy the foods that I cook.. I like to cook for friends and many times I will have some of the refugee kids from my church come to my house and enjoy a home cooked meal. 
Many of my friends' kids call me the cake lady because I make all their birthday cakes, but recently, an old passion that I used to have many years back came back. I was introduced to Hot Pepper jelly many years ago, made it several times and proved to be very popular. Recently I decided to try different flavors of pepper jelly with different fruits and flavors like ginger, vanilla etc. Because of the demands my co-workers were putting on me to produce this stuff, I decided to market it. On Nov. 27th, I had a stand at the Wine and Chocolate Festival here in Syracuse to test my jellies and they were a big hit. The flavors I have right now are Red Jalapeno, Green Jalapeno, Mango/Banana and Orange/Pineapple. All our jellies are spicy and are best eaten with cream cheese and crackers, but they can be used to flavor any boring foods.
