I Can Eat Spicy Everyday

I really could.  I love spicy foods.  I go through a container of red pepper flakes quicker than any other spice in my cabinet.  I'm always adding it to foods when I cook.

When I go too many days without spicy foods, I start to crave it.  A plus is that it speeds up your metabolism so it may help me to burn a little fat!
